There are two major projects that need our support at this point in the life of St. James – irrigation system replacement and air conditioner unit replacement. Irrigation System Replacement

Replace entire drip irrigation system at a cost of $12,000.

Air Conditioning Unit(s) Replacement

Replace aging air conditioning units (qty 15) at a replacement cost of $5,000/each.
